Lions Club of Phillip Island operate a used furniture and bric-a-brac market known as Steptoes Emporium in Dunsmore Road, Cowes every Saturday and Sunday 10am – 12. Residents can donate used furniture to Steptoes, and search for bargains there.

All proceeds from Steptoes Emporium Phillip Island support community causes on the island such as School early morning program and medical equipment for Bass Coast Health as well as national medical research and overseas aid projects
