We provide a wide range of community services and learning opportunities to support the needs of all age groups on Phillip Island and surrounds.

PICAL – Phillip Island Community and Learning Centre has a diverse range of programs and activities offering everything from age-old arts and crafts, to workplace training and pathways to further study and employment.

Each week members of our community enjoy our safe, friendly, and stimulating environment in which every individual is empowered to achieve to their full potential. PICAL also provides a vital welfare support service to those experiencing hardship through our emergency food relief program known as the Phil Dixon Emergency Food Relief Pantry.

Phillip Island Community and Learning Centre also offers welfare support via referrals to professional services, employment support and a Centrelink Agency.

PICAL’s community garden supplies fresh produce to our pantry and has many opportunities for horticulture training, organic vegetable and fruit growing workshops or the simple pleasure of getting your hands dirty

Phillip Island Community and Learning Centre also has rooms available to hire.

This Community and Learning Centre – PICAL is a registered charity and relies on the assistance of our valuable volunteers and benevolent support from the local community and grants donors.
