We provide a wide range of community services and learning opportunities to support the needs of all age groups on Phillip Island and surrounds.

Phillip Island Community and Learning (PICAL) has a diverse range of programs and activities offer everything from age-old arts and crafts, to workplace training and pathways to further study and employment.

Each week members of our community enjoy our safe, friendly, and stimulating environment in which every individual is informed and empowered to achieve to their full potential. PICAL provides a vital service to those experiencing hardship through our emergency food relief program known as the Phil Dixon Emergency Food Relief Pantry.

Phillip Island Community and Learning Support is also offered through welfare service referrals, employment services and a Centrelink Agency.

The community garden supplies fresh produce to our pantry and has many opportunities for horticulture training, organic vegetable and fruit growing workshops and local food swaps.

Phillip Island Community and Learning also have rooms available to hire.

PICAL relies on the assistance of our valuable volunteers.
