Bass Coast Boxing is a great sport particularly for your children

Bass Coast Boxing is held at Newhaven Phillip Island and has particular classes for different age groups.  It teaches self discipline, respect and confidence

Kids class Monday 5.15 pm, Tuesday 5.15pm,Thursday 4.15 &Friday 5.15pm

There are currently over 30 children participating in this self defence/sport

Under 16yrs old can come whatever night suits them.  It is about having fun and getting fit  while learning the art of Boxing

This sport provides confidence building, self defence, and importantly learning how to protect themselves if bullied
