Walking is a great way to keep fit and connect with others and by doing so this keeps the mind, body and soul happy and balanced.

Phillip Island Walk and Talk is a group of women that walk regularly on different paths and trecks on Phillip Island. The co-ordinator is not the leader but merely co-ordinates the different walks.

Where possible walks will be denoted by distance and duration so that you can assess what is the right walk for you. Some may be longer or shorter to cater for all levels of fitness and may have a coffee break included. The aim is the enjoyment of our surroundings and company so increased fitness and wellbeing are a happy bonus!

When walking with Philip Island Walk and Talk, please choose an event suitable for your level of fitness and capability. It may require you to do some research of your own as one person’s idea of ‘easy’ may not fit the bill with everyone. I encourage other outdoor activities to be included as we evolve as a group.
