We have Residential Aged Care and Independent Living Units situated in the heart of Cowes.

Melaleuca Lodge Aged Care is Part of Phillip Island Homes for the Aged Association Inc. and is a not-for-profit organization managed by a Committee of 12 and supported by Melaleuca Auxiliary.

Our residential aged care facility has 35 permanent and 2 respite rooms.

Melaleuca Independent living: Melaleuca Place has 13 two-bedroom units and 4 one-bedroom units located corner Watchorn Road and Settlement Road Cowes.

Respite: The government will allow respite of up to 9 weeks per year taken as one period or several smaller periods.

Village Suites: 10 retired single persons live in a separate suite, sharing lunch and evening meals in a common dining area.
