Erehwon Point playground was so named after the title of Samuel Butler’s utopian novel of 1872. The word “Erehwon” is the reverse spelling of ‘no where’, although some locals suggest that it is the reverse of ‘now here’.

Erewan Point Playground is a lovely playground with fantastic ocean views.  There are shelters with BBQs, shaded and unshaded tables, unshaded seats, little exercise station and water tap.

Grassy area and nice views over the water. There are wooden steps down to the beach

A great playground for kids, updated with new equipment in recent years. .
